No service ,just attitude and empty promises from staff!!!!!

They are useless. Im staying in a 4G area, never had issues, now for past 3 weeks i barely get 2G, i logged a call,no one phones me back. Not a tech,or call centrer. I phoned them more than 10 times,ive done all the resets and carrier and access point re-selections,even hardbooted both telkom devices. I was told the tower has issuess,and my case is in the back office???????? Like really, for 3 weeks now!!! I was told it takes 72hours,then got told it take 72hours after 9 working days,then i was told i must just keep phoning in? Like what the hell. I have date expiring in a week that i couldnt even use properly. In other areas both telkom devices work fine,so i know its not my devices!!!!!! Really ,im sick of telkom, I used to recomend them, no i say RUN AWAY FROM THEM,THEY ARE THE WORST!!!! REF ********** 4 - SEPT 12\2018
