No Service/help from Telkom

<p>I have been experiencing problems with Telkom for a while when you contact the call centre they put you through from one to the other department. Then the phone goes dead. If you go into Menlyn Telkom store they just either ignore your request or tell you to wait for a call. I eventually asked Karabo from the Menlyn Telkom store to cancel my contract with Telkom for end of May 2017. Till date i have not received a phone call and when I followed up they could not pick up the cancellation and yet again they said I have to wait for a call. Nobody goes out of their way to help or give guidance. At the end I still dont have clarification if the cancellation was done for end of May.</p>
