No Service Given

<p>I called in and spoke to Nakedi and she promised me a call back regarding my issue the day after and she did not, later on spoke to her manager who was also of no assistance called Tony Venter she refused to get back to me regarding my matter stil, I asked politely for Tshegofatso Tonys manager to call me and they refused to even send him an email, I later on learned that Nakedi only escalated my matter 5 days after I spoke to her comes to show how less important I am as a paying customer to them. I am highly disapointed all I want is a letter in a company letter head stating the value of my device so I can insure it and you guys offer no help none whatsover. </p>
