No service. Get you to sign so they can charge and don't deliver.

Okay so signed up for adsl on the 27 or 28 of November 2017 They say they sorry but no routers are available but they will send one as soon as possible.

It's been 44 days , or because they like to do things in hours (1056 hours), waiting for a router. But don't worry they charged me the full amount even though I haven't recieved the router.

I logged a complaint on the 10th of December regarding this. It's been 744 hours since that complaint.

In the mean time I went and dropped my cellphone. Got a new one on the 21st of December and 480 hours later I'm still waiting for my number to be ported.

finally got hold of the store, after calling 23 times, on the 3rd of January to complain and they said they would sort it out it's been 168 hours since that.
