No service from useless Telkom

<p>Time after time I receive a sms notification that Telkom an entity that I don't have no contract with debits out of my bank account. I logged a complain a month ago with their ***** department, up and till now I still have not gotten any reply from these "wonderful people"( this is sarcastic), I had to go to the police for an affidavit to hand in at Telkom lakeside mall, where I was told that within 24-72 hours the *****line will be in contact with me. I also can't complain about their service, because there is no ****ing service at all. Excuse the language and if it offends anyone at Telkom please logg a complain with me and I'll apologize in the same time frame that it takes Telkom to apologize and sort out this mess of theirs. In other words it might only be next month. I'll give Telkom till Tuesday 27th of June 2017 to respond with a satisfying response to me and my situation, if I don't get a response further steps will follow, and I can't promise that these steps will be legal, this is not a threat at all, but one never knows how you will act in some situations. I strongly urge Telkom to sort this out quickly maybe let your ***** people wake up and do their work. </p>
