NO SERVICE FROM TELKOM SINCE DECEMBER 2017

My Telkom line is down since December 2017 - Wwe keep on following up with Telkom customer service with various reference number but nothing gets done to resolve the problem,all they do is to close the complaint everytime - UNRESOLVED !!!!!!
