No service from Telkom Kolonnade

End of April I app**** in Telkom Kolonnade store for a landline (wireless). Until date hereof I have not received the device yet. I have called several times and every time the store said they will come back to me. I went to the store on Saturday and they could see on the system the order was placed in early May but they do not know if the device should be delivered by head office or by the store. They promised that they will call me on Monday, the 1st with an answer. It is now Wednesday and once again Telkom did not attend to the issue. Should I rather cancel the order and use the services of another service provider as it is now more than 2 months and you advertise that installation will occur in 21 days.
