No Service From Telkom For the last SEVEN Years

I complained firstly that Telkom does not want to supply me with a line and I get no feedback from Telkom for many years now. Secondly I complained that they installed a pole in my colleague's yard and where we are more than a hundred units in our complex they won't even move a finger. Now I have app**** for the DSTV special that were running a while ago and guess what? No service and no response from Telkom as usual and all you see of Telkom is their advertising that they are the best at broadband and here I'm am begging them for service for many years now! Pathetic!
