NO service from Telkom

I ordered a vdsl line from telkom on the18-12-2020 and paid deposit of R700 the consultant said after deposit I will get vdsl line in 7 working days its been a month still no service from telkom every time i call i get the rudest consultants who keeps telling me that i will receive it in 5days. I opened an internet cafe, internet service is the basis of my business . Also sent e-mails but even now no response Very frustrated with the no service from Telkom
