No service from Telkom and Openserve

I requested my landline to be moved. Technician from open serve came 2 weeks ago to do installation but could not finish due to rain. Since then I was waiting for him to come back. I went to Telkom this week to find out what is going on. They informed me installation was completed. They told me that they will send them back and gave me a ref number. I am still wating. The service is very poor. Its sad that Telkom provides such poor service to there clients.
