NO SERVICE FROM TELKOM!!

I have three reverence numbers on 2 different lines that were reported. I keep on receiving that the problems were restored, but it has not!!! We are a Primary School and really cannot afford to be without telephone communication. Our parents are frustrated and we are desperate as well. We had to get a cellphone and communicated the number through to our parents. When will we receive proper service from Telkom and what about our account, will that be adjusted for no service delivered????
