No Service from Telkom

Telkom has surely reached the bottom of the pit. I attempted to purchase a new service from them via the Telkom site. A rep was to have called me back, as of to date no call. I thought I would do the job for them and complete the online application and submit. They were to have called me back, as of to date no call. This company must surely be oversubscribed and not looking for new clients.
