NO SERVICE FROM TELKOM

I have been struggling now for a few months in that my mobile phone does not receive calls from certain calls being made to the mobile number. I have now more than five times phoned Telkom to request them to rectify the situation. To date the problem has not been rectified but I receive SMS's indicating that the problem has been resolved. When I phoned Telkom again I insisted on being assisted by a senior person. Once again I was informed that the problem has been escalated. I even received an SMS telling me that I'm not answering the calls that Telkom is making to me. I explained that I cannot receive calls because that is excactly my complaint. Telkom then asked me when I will be available to be contacted at an alternative number. I gave them options and still nobody has contacted me. I will now cancel two of my four contracts with them and the other two as soon as possible.
