NO SERVICE FROM TELKOM

Wayawaya-Pay as you go landline Since March this year I have been promised a wireless phone, as Telkom is switching between fixed landlines to wireless. I have been calling them, they have been calling me with promises, I have begged them, they promised again. Called them (10213) on 31 August 2019 again and they once again put in a order for the phone and the lady at sales (Nontobeco) promised the phone will be delivered between 7 - 14 days. !6 September 2019 I called again and spoke to Portia who confirmed the order and she will get deliveries to call me back to explain why the phone was not delivered. Well, yesterday 21 September I called once again just to hear there was no order for a phone to be delivered to me. Now I want to know what the hell are they doing at Telkom. Everyone around me have received their phones, but all I got was promises. Meantime my line has been suspended, which means I cannot use my phone to make or receive calls. I wonder if there is anyone out there who can help. Please, I am really at my whits end
