No service from Telkom

<p>My mom, who is 85 years old, moved to a retirement village at the end of June. She requested her telephone be transferred as the infrastructure already exists at her new home. It is now more than a month and Telkom still hasn't delivered. The first time she requested the transfer, she was not given a reference nr, so she had to place the order again! It is totally UNACCEPTABLE that an elderly person has to wait so long for her order to be delivered as she has no other means to communicate. The ref nr is: 1678 953 37A. I would like the contact details of the area manager responsible for this order please so I can find out when Telkom will finally deliver!!!!!</p>
