No service from Telkom

<p>Took out a contract with Telkom in November. My phone's screen went pink in December. Because there was no damage to the screen a lady at telkom said they would fix it for me as the phone is under warrantee. ( no disclosure of any fees ). I have still not received my phone back yet and it has been 3 months. I just received a sms to say my phone is deemed out of warrantee and the repair is going to cost me R1600 or I must pay a handling fee. I asked for a complaints number but I never get any answer from them. Shocked at the way Telkom treats their paying customers!</p>
