No service from Telkom

<p>I have been complaining to the Telkom faults centre since the middle of December (we are now at the end of January) about my business lines being faulty. In each case they promise to rectify these lines and a day or so later just send a sms and tll me the lines are fixed, but these are still faulty. I have requested a technician to come on site so that the secondary service supplier Thusana and Telkom can discuss who's system is at fault as we have a situation now that the one is b laming the other and I sit in the middle with my finger up my **** loosing hundreds of thousands in potential business as MY PHONES ARE NOT WORKING.</p> <p> </p> <p>Are the telkom technicians still working at Telkom or do I now have to contract and pay some disgruntles ex technician to do the work on a sytem I am paying for.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so desperate that I am consideing a lawsuit on both Telkom and Thusano.</p>
