No service from Telkom

I reported a faulty ADSL line on 6/12/2016, being that I was getting less than 4Mbps on a 10Mmps line. On Monday 12/12/2016, i again reported the same problem, except that the speed was even slower, and the fault was supposedly escalated and i was give a new reference number.

This morning 15/12/2016 i again reported the fault, only to be told that the fault had been "closed". Really? Seriously?

At the moment my line speed is 3.7Mbps - supposed to be 10.

Now i have been given the same reference no (299CRK061216) as originally given, and the fault has been "reopened".

This is the service i get on a business facility, along which i try to run a business and send and received e-mails.

Common Telkom, get your act together. You are without a doubt one of the worst, if not the worst, telecomm companies in the world.

Tomorrow it will be two weeks. I now have 2 escalation numbers (627653 & 931773).
The fault has been sent out for repair on 3 occasions, and on all 3, as well as the escalation, it was closed as "resolved" as per information given to me by your call centre about 15 min ago today (Monday 19/12/2016).
The call centre has given me information stating that the technician was on site on 3 occasions, which is a blatant lie, as no one has been to my premises.
It has now been escalated again (931773).
What the hell is going on at Telkom?
