NO SERVICE FROM TELKOM

<p>My Telkom line has been plagued by crossed lines and scratching on the line to such an inteference, I can not hear the person on the other side.</p> <p>My Mom's line 60 km's away from me, has been down for more than a MONTH!!!!! since 24 August.</p> <p>The cable is damadged - they have only ordered a cable now.....</p>
