no service from telkom

<p>my mom logged a fault with telkom on the 19th off august the cable from the pole to the house is lying on the ground ref number for the call is 106cnk190816 we phoned every day to find out when the cable will be fixed all they tell us is that the guy is busy fixing it remotely really how manybtimes must we tell them the cable is broken it is on the ground this is unexeptable!!! my mom is old she needs her phone to be working up untill now no one attended to the problem yesterday when i phoned again they said the technisian has been esculated this is very bad service from telkom!!</p>
