No service from telkom

Unfortunately i cannot rate 0 stars...

I have been having touble with my router for months now.

Telkom is of no use... Stores useless... Whatsapp line useless...self service useless... Helpline, hell, they dont even bother to pick up. Yet Telkom still deducts monthly with that they are fast to respond.

Please assist.
