No Service from Telkom

Good day I took out a contract from Telkom Vanderbijlpark for a DSL uncapped line. They came and install it actually very quick but now it ask for a Username and Password or BB code but I never received an account number and also the username and password. Luke promised to come back to me with an answer but they don't phone you back and also if you try to phone them, you get an answering recording. Everybody warn us of the pathetic service of Telkom and that you never get hold of them, but now I experience it first hand.
