NO SERVICE FROM TELKOM

<p>Our line was hit by lightning in late Feb and wiped out everything that was connected to it. We have logged about 20 calls trying to get this sorted, its now two months later, they keep taking debits from our account, but we get no service and everytime you phone in, the answer is "no we dont know what the problem is" ??????? But i am expected to keep paying and the problem never gets fixed. ?????????????? THIS IS NOT ON..........</p>
