No service from Telkom

It has been 8 days that my telephone line and internet line is down. And telkom is just say their still testing the line. But in the same time they tell me no tecknesion has been a signed the problem. I am running a store and need the line for my client to make orders. This is costing me money every min the line is down. What is Telkom down, retrenching technicians, but they tell me they cant a sign any one as sy are short of staff... WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING TELKOM. THIS IS NOT CLEINT SERVICE. WAKE UP
