NO SERVICE from Telkom

I do not get any service from Telkom. Logged a fault at 22 Dec 2012 with fault nr 147CWK221215 and have not heard back from them since then. I have intermitted internet connection issues and have great difficulty to use the internet. As with modern tech I use the internet to stream TV, but hey, lucky me, I was not able to use my streaming service for the past 2 weeks and it is now more than a week ago since I have reported this issue and NO ONE from Telkom has even closely contacted me. Can you please make an effort and contact your paying customers to resolve our issues!!!
