no service from telkom

Telephone is not working since 6 march. Reported it for first time on 8 march 2015. Somebody visit us. Said that we must be patients. Cables are wet near pick n pay. We reported ut the whole time . There are now a second fault nr. But the phone is not working at all. No service from telkom.
