No service from Telkom

My aunt is 84 years old. Her Telkom landline has now been out of order for almost 8 months!! We've reported this and communicated with Telkom countless times over the last 8 months, and we have received the most disgraceful service - no let me rephrase that - we've received no service or assistance whatsoever!! Only empty promises that the problem will be escalated to who knows where!! We've got pages and pages of facebook messenger messages of our communications with Telkom, all ro no avail! I can't believe how an elderly person, who has had a landline phone for decades can be given this kind of ******* service!! It's disgusting to say the least!!
