no service from telkom

I just had with telkom and i am sick of waiting for them for two months now to reconnect my adsl line after i have moved. I am waiting almost 2 months now just to get reconnected. Every time when i talked to a consulted they this tell me that i will get called from someone after 48 business hours and i am still waiting for two months now. It looks like i am going to have to get a new service provider. This is really bad service after being a customer for so many years and i would like to get reconnected asap please telkom, call me *** Mr GJ van As im really frustrated now. Nothing or nobody is helping.
