NO SERVICE FROM TELKOM
I can't even rate their service, there is none. When my father passed away in 2016 it took us until this year to get the landline on my moms name. After sending in the forms numerous times. Non she has a credit that is due to her. She has tried to call numerous times but can't get through. She can't go into a Telkom shop as she broke her ankle and is on crutches. When I contacted them via Facebook a while ago they were able to call her. Now they say they cannot call her. This is pathetic. This needs to be sorted out ASAP.
