No service from Telkom

My adsl line is off again. It’s only been on a month. Went to the new Telkom shop in Riversquare Vereeniging to report it and get a data sim. Their system is down, apparently been down for the last 2 weeks, so cannot give me a data sim. So I report my faulty line and the operator tells me that telkom is moving over to wireless as there is so much cable theft. I ask the sales lady at the telkom shop about wireless options and she tells me they don’t offer wireless as they are an express store and that I must go to Vaal mall in the next town. Yet they advertise wireless products in their shop. If they do not offer certain products they should not be advertising it. So now I have no adsl, cannot get a data sim and have no other options available to me in my town.
