No service from Telkom

Actually my review would be an minus. It took 2 months to originally get my ADSL line working because the cable was "wet". Then we had internet for 2 months, and then the cables got damaged or ****** or something, so for 2 months we once again haven't had any service, not internet nor from Telkom, and the problem is always at cabling. We are paying for Internet subscriptions to Netflix and the like, but with no internet, Very frustrating, if Telkom is taking so long I hope that they are installing fibre.
