No service from Telkom

This must be one of the worst run businesses in the country! They don't respond to mails, and if you phone, you hold on for hours just so that someone can tell you they can't help. I requested my adsl line and mailboxes to be cancelled more than a month ago. Still waiting for any kind of a reply from them. Just get a automated reply every time that it would be attended to ....
