No service from Telkom

I have reported that my telephone line aswell as my adsl modem is not working on the 8th of February 2018 ref nr. 844CRK080218 as from date nothing has been done to fixed the problem they onky said that this is in progress how long do they want to take to fixed a problem there is nothing wrong to collect your monthly bill every month but when it comes to service with telkom you must wait. Is there no client services anymore?????? As from date nothing is been done. Wow they advertise such nice service on tv but wow when you need something it is on there time???????
