No Service from Telkom

Telkom is nothing but excuses taking peoples money and not competent in doing their jobs. Just about every month I have issues with Telkom, intermittent line connection and getting the wrong speed, paying for a 4Mbps and getting 1Mbps line. I logged a fault online on the 4th Dec and my line is still not working. Phoned Telkom yesterday again re-explaining my issue and they promised me that a Manager would phone me to resolve this issue, still waiting. Tired of your excuses fix this issue now or tell me if you are unable to fix the issue so that I can cancel my contract with you.
