No service from telkom

Telkom installed a new line to my house costing me R650<br> i have requesting for ADSL line they installed a normal phone line so i went to the branch in keywest<br> shopping center to convert the line after a long explanation that i have requested a ADSL line the lady the<br> rep**** that this will take one day.So after 2 days i went back and to find out what is the hold up <br> @ the same branch the lady then went on to the system just to tell me the paper work was never submitted<br> to start with now i am still waiting for the connection to be converted and a week have past and still no ADSL<br> <br> <br>
