No service from Telkom

I logged a Fault with Telkom on the 30 July 2015. Till This day my Telkom line does not work. I keep phoning Telkom witch in it self is a pain as you have to hold for over 30 min and then still have a lady put the phone down in your ear as soon as you tell her what the problem is. And when I do speak to someone they phone the technician who is attending the fault only to get told that he doesn't answer his phone. I wish there was a better service provider other than Telkom. I would honestly not recommend them to anyone.
