No service from Telkom

The Telkom telephone line as well as the internet has been of since Saturday. Lydenburg used to have excellent technicians, most of them retrenched or given forced severence packages. One technician left who is busy in Waterval Boven...seriously telkom, at times like these where we have to work from home, your service and care is pathetic. Seriously considering other options after lockdown. You will be going down very soon if you do not get your act together. It is always easier to keep your old customers than going to look for new ones...
