No service from my adsl line and fixing it

<p>On the 19th of february my adsl and telephone went down i logged a fault and waited for a few days on the 25th of february i received a call from a technician they came out fiddle here and there and couldnt fix the dead line. On the 31st of february i received a call that a technician is in my area but no one was home on such short notice so the technician said he will come the following day but never pitched.
