No service from Friday.

I have had not has internet or a landline since Thursday evening. No telephone or internet. Now my house hold uses the internet quite profusely. I logged the fault. Now it is a few places in Vanderbijlpark without landline or internet service. A lot of businesses are complaining. I called to find out what the problem is and was told its an area problem. I have also spoken to people on a whats app group in the area affected and they get told its cable problem. Well I have had 4 months of piece till this. I pay for a service and do not receive it. So would like a ETA on this fault ASAP. The fault logged ref: ********** 0.
