no service from anyone at telkom
Wow to my amazement I get a call this morning not to resolve my problem but to sell me a new product!!!! so my urgent problem has now become a \sell the client something new"How pathetic can Telkom get that they forget to even call theIr clients with regards to complaints. Didi rep**** to my complaint on the 3rd of June 2015 THAT SOMEONE FROM THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT WOULD CONTACT ME URGENTLY!!!!! FROM THE 13TH OF MAY I HAVE TRIED TO GET PATHETIC TELKOM JUST TO CALL ME OR EVEN JUST HELP ME SO I CAN RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT BUT NOTHING SO TELL ME WHAT MUST I DO TO GET TELKOM TO HELP ME!!! """
