NO SERVICE FROM Accounts department during weekendsu have to wait till monday

5 stars for the worst billing and activation of an account.my father is 82 years old.he ows telkom 1000 Rand in order to activate his fibre line. At 8.15 we phone telkom to pay online. Telkom says if you pay your account online it will only activate on monday. Its a weekend the only TECH company that cannot help u on a weekend.

Sorry .i will not pay telkom .i am going to vodaxom. I will purchase 100gig on a data sim for 1 month @R400 from the vodacom eldo store. I will enjoy the weekend .
