No service for Telkom

Logged a call with ref number ********** 0 on the 20 March for my LTE router been getting very poor signal and speeds, spoke to a person by the name of Lesego Jabu Langa he said that a technician would call me in 3 days to come and see the problem and that they would have to put up a signal booster thats like a satellite dish. I got a call on the 25th from someone at telkom asking if i had the booster that came with the router i said yes its connected to the router and its not helping, he said that i had to wait for another 3 days for a technician to call. Still no call and i have tried to email Lesego twice already with no response i also tried to call Telkom directly today to try and get an answer but was told that their system is down. Its turning into a circus, originally 72 hours for a technician to come out, its going 16 days already what a joke im going to cancel this contract at this rate been paying for a non existing service.
