No Service for potential new client

<br> I had a telkom rep visit my store in Fourwaysnamed Douglas. He offered a telkom package with vdsl 20mbps with 50gig cap at R700 + - The deal was attractive because he offered free installation, a router, and a DSTV decoder with the deal. I told him I will take the deal and coverage was checked in my street and confirmed that there was. I then filled in a form and he left promising me that telkom will contact me within 7 to 14 days to come install the line. This was on the 26th of January. It has been a month and not a SINGLE phone call from telkom. NO help from Douglas regarding the matter. Absolute lack of service for a potential new customer has made me lose complete trust in your competency as a company and therefore I am cancelling my application with you and will proceed to take my business to the competitor ISP's.
