No service for more than 2 weeks no response from Telkom shocking service!

I have lodged a complaint that I have had no service on my mobile Telkom line over and over for more than two weeks but they don't bother to get back to me. I did it via sms as well as through the internet but they couldn't care less. I am 72 and have no service Telkom!
