No service for more than 2 months

<p>I app**** for ADSL connection on 25th June and since then I haven't heard back from Telkom.After calling them hundred number of times,I got an installation date but every time no body turned up.Called them again and got a new date but again nobody turned up.If you ask to put the supervisor on call,the reply is that the supervisor is in some meeting and they would call me back but nobody ever called.If you ask for cancelling the order,they will say that we have taken your request and someone from cancellation department will call and I have been waiting for months now to receive their call.Does somebody has a say in getting these worthless ISPs to be shutdown.</p>
