NO SERVICE FOR MONTHS

<p>My phone line has been off for about 10-12 weeks. No-one responded to the fault I logged. Eventually a technician came out and fixed it. It worked for one week then Both my landmine and adsl went off and have been off ever since . </p> <p>If you go into the records, you will see that my phone/adsl is off more than it is on. There are always problems and I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting. It is the end of the school term with tests and exams and we have no Internet access. </p> <p>If the Root of the problem is not fixed asap - so that this will stop happening - I will find another service provider. I will be expecting a call from a manager, not a technician. </p>
