No service for me than a month

My landlines has not been working for me than a month. I reported more than 2 weeks ago and according to sms it was suppose to be resolved within 5days. Nothing yet. And no correspondence either..... Oh yes they did send me my bill on which they charged me the entire rental for the period. So I'm paying for no service. And now I'm forced to use my cell phone and I'm sure telkom is not going to pay my cellphone bill!
