no service for international calls

I moved from my previous address to my current address and I also moved with my Telkom line. Since I moved to the new address in October I am unable to make international calls. I called telkom technical department to request that my line should be unblocked from making international call, they referred me to the telkom sales department, the sales department says they cannot assist me I should go to the branch and the branch says I should call the sales department. I am very disappointed with the service I get from telkom, I regret having their services.
