No service for fault repair
My landline ********** 484 was reported as dead on 27 September 2017. Fault 16bnk270917 and to date 06/10/2017 it has not been repaired. Call centre not even much of a help. So called escalated for quick repair.

13 Oct 2017, 20:58Thanks for the response but a little too late. Line now rectified but the technician reported that the ADSL cable need replacement as it is faulty. Might as well not have ADSL as the response does not exist. Your follow up in this regard would help.
