NO service for Disabled single Female

This is my second Complaint for one case. I am in a wheelchair and living on my own. I had to move from the 10th to the 9th floor and asked Telkom to please move my Internet. No one ever came after several Complaints, going to Telkom shop, begging them on the phone, nothing happened. It is more than a month now and I had a difficult operation in the mean time and asked nicely to please move my Internet as I am in a wheelchair, living on my own and need my Internet as this is the only communication I have with the outside world after the operation. NOTHING happened and I am still left without Internet, but I had to pay. My Debietorder went off and I had no service at all. This is plan cruel and inhuman!
